On of the most significant developments to ever hit the Central West End in Saint Louis Missouri are the Maryland Place Town Homes. The Town Homes are a private residential enclave in a park-live setting located in the heart of the thriving Central West End. Twenty-one unique condominium residencies situated within seven stately turn-of-the-century mansions overlooking Maryland Plaza.

Developers Pete Rothschild and Jim Dwyer came to Timmermann Group with a vision for a site that would construe a look and feel of traditional old world importance and luxury. With the project heavily under construction during the time of design, the Maryland Place logo and the Architect's illustration were the only components available to develop the design. T.G. incorporated the use of detailed photography from the homes and area to illustrate the luxurious feel. Once the front-end design was in place the web site began to take shape fast. A history page was added which described the origin of the homes and the famous architects who designed them. Next the "Homes" page was added which detailed each of the homes individual features. Each home displays downloadable blueprints, availability and progress photos available through a point and click interface, which resembles the silhouette of each home. On the "Amenities" page a full list of features for each of the homes are available through the same silhouette interface. The "Area" section is a full list of local attractions divided into categories. Last and most importantly the "Appointment" page collects information from the interested party and submits it to the Maryland Representatives so they can contact them for a viewing.

Today T.G. continues to maintain the website throughout the construction process.
