David Rothschild of Red Brick Management, a local residential property management company, approached Timmermann Group wanting a solution for their vast selection of rental properties. RBM has over 800 properties that they manage which include commercial and residential properties. Taking this under consideration TG presented the solution of developing a web site connected to a database that RB could easily manage internally. RB loved the independence of not having to rely on a second party to update their site and agreed to the proposal.

As will all database sites the schematic of the database was developed first. Next the graphic interface was developed followed by connecting the database to the graphic front end. Since the RB properties cover such a large areas of the St Louis metropolitan area, a neighborhood section was added to aide potential out of town tenants in selecting the area of the city that would suit them best. RB wanted to make their site as user friendly as possibly so a moving resources page consisting of web link slinks to area companies was added. After a fully downloadable application process was added the site was ready to launch. Today maintenance beyond the database is handled by T.G., which includes open house dates and press releases.
The success of the site was measured within the first sixty days of launch as RB received over 300 inquiries about their properties form the online request form.
