In The Community

As part of our goal of providing top quality property management, real estate services, and construction services, Deca feels it is important to give back to the community. As such, each member of the Deca team is asked to do his part in making our community a better place to live.

Sponsorship:

Deca underwrites the cost of a number of athletic teams in and around the St. Louis area. Additionally we act as a sponsor for local charity events such as golf tournaments and school auctions.

Civic Volunteers:

Deca team members serve on a number of volunteer boards and associations. They are also active in the Affton Chamber of Commerce.

Marty Carr was named Affton Chamber of Commerce Business Person of the Year for 2005. He served on the Affton Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors for four years, and was co-chair of the Golf Committee for five years.

Deca realty and its staff are active members of the St. Louis Apartment Association and The National Association of Residential Property Management.
